The following documents have to be presented for the claims adjustment process.
Comprehensive (casco) insurance, in the event of collision:
- title documents
- registration card
- driver's license of driver
- accident statement form (if applicable)
- official police documents (if applicable)
- empowerment and, in the event of a company, a specimen signature if the person reporting the claims is not the owner, the policy holder or an authorized signatory at the company
Comprehensive (casco) insurance, in the event of theft:
- title documents
- registration card
- police report
- vehicle's keys and remote controllers
- contract of sale, bill
- service book
- leasing contract, occupational lease contract, loan contract (if applicable)
- empowerment and, in the event of a company, a specimen signature if the person reporting the claims is not the owner, the policy holder or an authorized signatory at the company.
In the event of claims adjustment for mandatory liability insurance:
- title documents
- registration card
- driver's license of driver
- accident statement form
- official police documents (if applicable)
- empowerment, if the person reporting the claims is not the owner or the policy holder.
